Python
PostgreSQL
PostGIS
GDAL/OGR
OpenLayers
and at least some knowledge of:
GeoJSON
FeatureServer
GML
KML
dealing with the above on Windows (Linux may come down the line)
and live in either Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, or New Mexico; email me
