For those who haven’t received their 9.3 release and can’t sleep at night without knowing what the package looks like, Jithen has some pictures for you.
I’m wondering if the new packaging will be gentler on the DVDs as mine always got very scratched removing them from the cardboard packaging.

the smaller boxes are a good start. The trees of the world thank you.
Now if we can just get down to NO boxes or media, just let me download the ISOs through a bittorrent like delivery system. plastic substrate media is so 20th century.

I have installed ArcMap 9.3 and so far no complaints, and I am a huge fan of the backwards compatablity ESRI added. I will be able to do a stepped rollout. Which will be great as many of my users are spread out over the state.
I agree with Joseph, why in this day and age can I not just download my media and recieve my keycodes via email?
