I’m not going to FOSS4G 2007 (nor any other conference this summer), but I’m keeping my eye out for interesting talks. This one by Brian Timoney looks like it will be a presentation not to miss.

Brian has been the champion of topical and appealing content. This presentation was near the top of the popularity list during the pre-selection, and his workshop was also very highly rated during the workshop selection process. We might have to ear-mark a special auditorium, just for him. :)

Hi James, it looks like my blog was lost in the conversion to the current planetGS.

I had just finished implementing some Mapserver-PostGIS-KML Export –> Google Earth functionality when I saw this post.

PostGIS has been a great asset in the presentation, analysis, and visualization of NCSS digital soil survey data (SSURGO).

Hopefully I can make it to the FOSS4G conference…

    Cheers,

    Dylan
